Cartridge Firearms?
A: No, Cartridge Firearms require an F.F.L. and can
only be purchased by Licensed Dealers who have a federal license.
Q: What does F.F.L.
mean?
A: F.F.L. is an abbreviation for Federal Firearms License.
A Federal Firearms License is required to purchased cartridge
firearms. Sales of cartridge firearms are regulated by the U.S.
Government.
Q: Does Navy Arms sell
replica firearms directly to licensed dealers?
A: No, Navy Arms Company sells their replica firearms only
through their firearms distributors, who then sell to the firearms
dealer.
Navy Arms Accessories, Accoutrements and Ammunition can be purchased
directly from Navy Arms by dealers as well as retail customers.
Q: What is the difference between a firearms
distributor and a firearms dealer?
A: A firearms distributor is someone who purchases large
quantities of firearms/ammunition/accessories from manufacturers,
then resells them in smaller quantities to firearms dealers.
Firearms distributors do not sell to the general public.
Q: Who do I contact to purchase one of
your replica firearms?
A: If you are a firearms dealer with an FFL, you may contact
one of our distributors. If you are not a firearms dealer, you
will need to contact a firearms retailer in your area. Only your
firearms retailer can order a firearm for you from one of our
distributors.
If you are not a firearms dealer, please do not contact one of
our distributors as they do not sell to the general public.

return authorization.

A: We carry a small quantity of repair parts to service our
customer's Navy Arms replica firearms. Call 304-262-9870 and
ask for our Parts department.
Q: What is my firearm worth?
A: It is virtually impossible to determine a gun's value
without actually having it in hand. There are several publishers
who provide books on the value of firearms. Some of them are

be available?
A: The Navy Arms Lightning will be available winter 2005.

A: Davide Pedersoli is making the gun exclusively for Navy
Arms Company.
Q: What Model Lightning is being made?
A: Navy Arms is building the medium-frame model with a blued
receiver, 26" full octagonal barrel, Deluxe Walnut stock,
calibers will be .45 Long Colt, followed by .38-40, .38/.357
and .32-20.
Q: What will the retail price be?
A: We do not have a retail price point yet.
Q: Will the Lightning have a cross-bolt or
other external safety?
A: No, it will have an internal transfer-bar safety similar
to the Schofield.
Q: Will the Navy Arms Lightning be legal
in California?
A: Yes.
Q: How can I order one?
A: Navy Arms sells exclusively through their distributor
network, which consists of AcuSport, Ellett Brothers, Jerry's
Sports Center and Zanders. Have your local stocking dealer contact
these distributors regarding ordering.
Q: Is Navy Arms currently
taking orders for the Lightning?
A: Currently Navy Arms is not accepting orders for the Lightning.
Q: Will a deposit be required with the order?
A: Navy Arms does not believe in taking deposits on orders
and no deposit will be required to reserve a Navy Arms Lightning.
